Whether it be monitoring mailboxes, assisting in research tasks, or undertaking general administrative tasks – you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the Charters Team. You’ll be responsible for prioritising enquires and requests, filtering and escalating where appropriate. On a day-to-day, you’ll will support the wider Charters Team with general administrative support. This may include ensuring accurate database maintenance, taking minutes, or supporting in panels and peer review meetings. You’ll be responsible for engaging with senior external colleagues on a daily basis, it’s important you’re confident in your written communication ability. *Who we’re looking for* We are looking for a ‘doer’, someone willing to get stuck in.
