Are you a Commercial Sales Manager who can manage and oversee all customer commercial aspects for a CEM electronics / PCB manufacturing site? If this sounds like you, then read on - and apply! Basic Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 LOCATION: Kent - this position is based on the Kent coast therefore you should be commutable to the site or prepared to relocate. COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Maidstone, Margate, Ashford, Canterbury, Folkstone, Hythe As the Commercial Sales Manager you will provide, manage & develop the commercial businesses plan to cover pricing, growth and development for both new business opportunities as well as account management of our existing clients. As Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term commercial plans, to lead, promote, improve, manage and take responsibility for the existing and future business plans and forecasts. Objectives of this Role: Commercial Sales Manager : CEM electronics / PCB manufacturing · Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers and key customer accounts. · Ability to assess, identify and execute both existing and new key account growth opportunities. · Demonstrate analytical skills focusing on sales, profit margins, and general business performance KPIs. · Ability to negotiate, problem solve, communicate, and manage day to day company commercial activity to meet business objectives. · Develop, maintain, and promote research and development programmes to ensure that the company remains at the forefront in the industry · Excellent understanding of company accounts and commercial awareness. Skills and Qualifications: Commercial Sales Manager : CEM electronics / PCB manufacturing As Commercial Sales Manager, you should have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting ideally in the electronics sector. Your organisational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. You should: · Possess superior knowledge of multiple commercial functions and principles, including sales, finance & customer service · Have proven ability to plan and manage the commercial process for maximum efficiency and productivity blended with the ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure and able to meet all deadlines · Have excellent organisational, decision making and leadership abilities and time management skills · Be flexible, willing, determined, decisive, ambitious and highly organised. · Have strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM) · Availability for occasional travel within the UK and overseas The Company As a CEM we manufacture life affirming, life enhancing, life protecting and lifesaving products.
