Leading Play & Activities – creating a fun, energetic, playful, structured environment for children to grow and develop. As a Childcare Club Manager, you will…. Manage all day-to-day aspects of running the club from scheduling, people management, cost control, customer complaints and school relationships. Develop daily, weekly and monthly plans to engage children through play and sports through a wide range of activities that help to set them up for the world Own your club’s profitability by driving a performance culture, promoting your service to our target customer and upselling products on offer to our partners & schools. Manage a team of children experts, coaching & mentoring them to be the best versions of themselves. Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment, complying with safeguarding requirements.
