Come join our team within Central Store Operations for 6-12 months maternity cover as a Graphic Designer (Digital Brand Creation Business Partner) If you are a naturally creative graphic designer with skills also in animation, wanting the opportunity to create and design digital communications, this job may be perfect for you! This role is all about creating digital content in line with TJX brand guidelines for internal communications. The ability to partner with internal function and other key partners in the business are key to the role. The role also includes development & innovation of simple educational tools and store communications to support with instore execution, in line with our Off-Price Model and ensuring an amazing customer shopping experience. We are looking for someone who has: Graphic design or motion graphic & animation skills Technical design skills across Adobe Suites - InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro to create document templates, gifs, video content Passionate about creating social media style content A good eye for design and aesthetics Great communication skills & ability to be a team player Innovative & able to think outside of the box Ability to be proactive, comfortable working in the grey, in a fast-paced environment Multitasker, attention to detail and organised in structured way of working Fluent English speaker Creative / design portfolio will be welcome What's In It For You?
