YOUR ROLE This is a truly exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new team as an inventory supervisor at our site in Wolverhampton. The operation will provide essential logistics services such as inbound and outbound customer fulfilment, value added services and utilization of an approved network of transport providers. You will be working in a dedicated and fast paced environment and your role will be ensure the smooth and efficient entry of all stock and location data and to prepare and check all stock reports and maintain the integrity of the stock system. The shifts will be 4 on 4 off and there are both days and nights available. Days being 07.00 to 19.00 and nights being 19.00 to 07.00. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Your role will be to maintain excellent client relations, you will prepare daily and weekly stock control performance reports and investigation of all stock and financial issues to ensure full resolution. You will be required to prepare and manage cycling counts and will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that excellent standards of pick and dispatch accuracy are always maintained. You will also ensure that all relevant system tasks are completed by stock and systems, within required timelines and ensure the efficient and effective achievements of all operational targets and key performance indicators. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an experienced supervisor who ideally comes from a similar logistics environment who has stock control experience. You will need to have demonstrable experience leading, managing and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment, be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approach to work. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
