What you’ll discover Inclusive culture and career growth opportunities Global IT Organization which collaborates across U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia, click HERE to learn more Challenging, collaborative, and team-based environment Purpose/ Job Summary The Product Developer for Europe role involves the delivery of complex automations for HR Key Responsibilities/ Tasks Product Development Responsible for developing local automation solutions and making changes where required to respond to system/process changes Take part in the effort assessment of the new candidates for automation Creating and maintaining the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle Ensure that associated automation configuration methodologies and standards are followed Executes test plan for completed user stories / features Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. Supporting during the UAT and rollout phases Following good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities. Informing the HR Technology Optimization Manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project. Fixing any defects and performance problems discovered in testing. Provide immediate post-project support for the configured robots Ensure all required documentation is up to date and at the appropriate standard Comfortable working within an agile framework by business partnering with the HR COE SME to ensure MVP delivered and manages scope creep Produces the System Demo for program and value stream stakeholders in collaboration with HR Technology Optimization Manager Consults on the estimates, design preparation and operational support escalations Product Support Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required Undertake hyper care activities and ensure adequate documentation and knowledge transfer activities have been done to ensure smooth transition to support group. Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience Demonstrate clear technical ability and engineering mindset Hands on experience and knowledge of Blue Prism or Power Platform (external recruit) or requires a highly developed level of technical expertise in the systems of the business area (internal recruit) Able to deliver small size and low complexity automations Hands on experience and knowledge with any IA tools - Blue Prism, Development Anywhere, UI Path or any other Process development tools is a plus Familiar with Agile and DevOps concepts and tools a plus Able to collaborate within the team Able to adapt easily to changing requirements and priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the business Ability to influence senior management Developed analytical skills and problem solving skills Flexibility in approach and a willingness to go beyond the defined role The ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment Excellent understanding of business area processes (internal recruit) Join us and Discover Different at TJX, click HERE to learn more.
