Delivery of projects to time, quality, and budget - self and team Ensure the correct use of toolsets in accordance with Centrality Project Governance Framework - self and team Conduct regular 1-1s with team members, setting SMART objectives and monitoring progress Conduct monthly team meetings Be the 1st point of escalation for Project delivery issues Manage and authorise leave requests in accordance with HR policy Identify Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and report same to COO Builds trusted relationships with key customers and acts as first point of escalation for delivery and relationship issues Oversees quality system process/adherence across the function. Key KPI's Quality non-conformance % Number of projects requiring PCR % Number of projects time overrun % Number of SMART objectives not achieved by team member % eNPS Key Experience Experienced Senior Project Manager (Min 7 years) Prior experience leading a high performing team in a fast-paced environment (Min 3 years) Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders Proven experience of delivering projects to time, quality and budget Key Skills Articulate, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills Team Leader with 1st class planning, mentoring and leadership skills Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Conflict Management Mentoring Keen attention to detail Commercially astute Proven ability to operate in an environment with rapidly changing and often conflicting priorities Tech.
