For non-drivers *TRANSPORT IS AVAILBLE *from 11 locations within SN1, SN2, SN3 and SN25 postcodes *Company Description* Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011. Since opening, our autism practitioner / support worker team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism. Read more about what it's like to work at Prior's Court and the difference you can make here. *About the role: * In conjunction with the Home Management Team you will help model the outstanding working practices our Autism Practitioners, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the young people in the home. Using your experience and knowledge of autism care you will support others to deliver excellent outcomes for young people, enabling them to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. *Who we are looking for: * You will hold a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) and have experience of working in social care setting. You will also have experience of directing a team, an understanding of value of team work and knowledge of National Standards of Care Osfted/CQC.
