We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Propositions Manager, a commercial/marketing role in our fast-moving consumer propositions team with ownership for identifying opportunities and delivering change in the SMR space. Key Accountabilities Be the authority on all competitor activity and wider trends in SMR, analysing and providing recommendations of market trends and forecasts Develop the commercial strategy and articulation for SMR, leading the propositions workstream end to end Development of new propositions for SMR, including service experiences, core portfolio and add ons Development of new products, identifying and creating key product proof points for audiences Identify opportunities to improve marketing and route to market of SMR, including website, customer communications, call centre activity & garages Create commercial business cases for both immediate and future development, identifying investment needs and return on investment Strong commercial/marketing acumen are critical for this role and along with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities you’ll also be happy to roll up your sleeves and deliver against immediate requirements, working across a wide matrix team to deliver change. Experience of or an understanding of a regulatory environment and the ability to ensure this is factored in with all aspects of the role is also advantageous. Organised, proactive and tenacious you’ll also able to work effectively across a range of short and long-term initiatives. Here at RAC we offer a hybrid working model with the requirement for 2 days per week in the office and the remainder at home
